- Clients shall not give false, damaging or misleading information for subscriptions and are responsible for given information.
- Information recognized as false, damaging or misleading will be removed from this website without further notice.
- YachtsClub can end subscriptions without further notice and obligation should YachtsClub believe this to be in the website's best interest and/or to protect others.
- In severe cases, (future) subscriptions can be deleted or cancelled without further notice.
- Refunds are not possible.
- New subscriptions can be refused without further notice.
- YachtsClub.com offers facilities to publish information. Publications will not be checked for correctness of given information.
The subscriber ensure that the published information, such as photo's, drawings etc. are free of copyrights etc.. The subscriber
unconditional and irrevocable protects YachtsClub.com against eventually claims as a result thereoff.
Functioning
- YachtsClub cannot be held responsible for the malfunctions of this website, yet will make best efforts to realize maximum performance at all times
- YachtsClub cannot be held responsible for the conducts of its YachtsClub Associates, who work under their own responsibility and with their own terms & conditions
Disputes
- Disputes between YachtsClub and its clients, which cannot be settled amicably, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Law in Amsterdam, Holland
- YachtsClub cannot be held responsible for other disputes between other parties
